About Us

The year was 1985. I remember sinking into a well-worn sofa in my friend’s dimly lit living room, listening as conversations drifted through the air. Laughter rose and fell, stories overlapped, and the night carried that effortless sense of connection we all took for granted back then.

In the center of the coffee table sat a dish filled with the small leftovers we had collected throughout the evening. We saved everything because we didn’t have much to spare. But reusing it was always a hassle. Ash settled where it didn’t belong, mixing into the remainder and leaving behind a bitter edge that took away from the moment.

As I sat there, an idea began to form in my mind, sparked perhaps by the haze of creativity that envelops a good high. What if there was a way to separate the ash from the roaches? A way to keep them clean and ready for another round without that unpleasant aftertaste? It was then that I envisioned the Sieve.

This device, I imagined, would be revolutionary. It would serve as both an ashtray and a sifter, effortlessly distinguishing between the precious roaches and the disposable ash. The Sieve would hold the roaches securely on top, isolated from the grimy ashes that would fall through to the bottom compartment, which could then be easily discarded.

In my mind's eye, I saw how the Sieve would be airtight to keep everything fresh, water-resistant for durability, and portable so it could accompany anyone, anywhere, for everyday use. In that smoky room, lost in a moment of inspiration, the Sieve was born—a small yet ingenious solution to a problem that every weed enthusiast could relate to.

And so, with a few sketches and a lot of trial and error, the Sieve transformed from a mere idea into a tangible product. Little did I know that this modest invention would make such a significant difference in our smoking rituals, enhancing the experience in a way that we had only dreamed of.
